JAPAN TOUR - October 16-26, 2023
( October 16-28, 2023 with Extension )
Now that we have done a great fun our "first" Japan tour, we are ready for the second, maybe even the third one.
Come, join us and discover the amazing Japan with us.
Fusae is a great expert in her native, Japanese culture. She is well respected and she is very experienced
in traveling in Japan. Add Ahmet’s experience for organizing tours (since 1987), and this will be a great
opportunity for people who like to travel and dance. Ahmet will be teaching from his wonderful repertory
of Turkish dances, at stops along the way and during a day dance workshops in places like Himeji.
There will also be International dance party opportunities.
The tour will start on October 16th in Tokyo.
This means you will depart from your home town on October 15th, 2023.
And you will leave from Tokyo on October 28th, 2023 (You will arrive in US the same day).

ITINERARY
October 16th, 2023 TOKYO
(Monday)
Arrival in Tokyo International airport.
Ahmet & Fusae will meet everyone at the airport and take you to the hotel.
Check in to the hotel. Welcome party, Dinner.
October 17th, 2023 TOKYO
(Tuesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go to the famous Asakusa, Senso-ji area for sightseeing and shopping.
Depending on the time and weather, we might go to the Tokyo Sky Tree to see Tokyo from above.
Also we might visit Meiji Shrine (Shinto is the Japanese original religion) and Shibuya(well-known for the scrambled crossing)
October 18th, 2023 TOKYO to HIMEJI
(Wednesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit Shinjuku Gyoen (emperor’s garden)
then take a Shinkansen (bullet train) to Himeji. Check in to the hotel.
October 19th, 2023 HIMEJI
(Thursday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit a local Folkdance group and dance with
them. After lunch, we will visit the world heritage Himeji castle (most beautiful
castle in Japan) and the Japanese garden Koko-En, right next to the castle.
Dinner in town.
October 20th, 2023 HIMEJI to HIROSHIMA
(Friday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for Hiroshima taking the Shinkansen.
Arrive to the hotel, after check in, we will go to Miyajima which is an island in Hiroshima.
See the floating gate on the sea and famous Japanese deer and shrine.
After the visit, we will go back to the hotel. Dinner out.
October 21st, 2023 HIROSHIMA to HIMEJI
(Saturday)
After breakfast at the hotel in Hiroshima, we will visit the atomic bomb memorial park.
After lunch in the city, we will leave for Himeji.
Check in at the hotel, then we will go to Aboshi to see the traditional Japanese festival.
We will get to see some sumo like outfits, some traditional costumes and who knows more. Surprizes ☺
After the festival, go back to the hotel
October 22nd, 2023 HIMEJI to KYOTO
(Sunday)
After breakfast at the hotel, take a Shinkansen to Kyoto. Arrive to the hotel, check in.
Then we will visit Fushimi Inari Taisha 1,000 Torii gate and World heritage site Toji.
Kyoto is a very dramatic, interesting city with a lot of history. We will have lunch and dinner in the city.
And go back to the hotel.
October 23rd, 2023 KYOTO
(Monday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for sightseeing of the city.
Have lunch in town. After lunch, we will continue discovering the Famous and magical Kyoto.
October 24th, 2023 KYOTO
(Tuesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for Nara, the first capital of Japan before Kyoto. Visit Todai-ji,
there is a biggest Budda statue in Japan and lots of deer along side of the street to Todai-ji. Back to the hotel.
October 25th, 2023 KYOTO to TOKYO
(Wednesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a Shinkansen back to Tokyo.
Check in to the hotel, last minutes shopping.

October 26th, 2023 TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Thursday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the limousine bus to the airport.
Please note that, because of the time difference, you will arrive back in USA on the same date.
Those who chose to stay extra days, after we said good-bye to others who are
going back home, we will visit Jingu-Gaien to see the street of Ginko trees’ fall color.
Dinner in town.
October 27th, 2023 TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Friday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go Yokohama and Kamakura by train.
Late lunch or dinner depend on the time we have at Fusae’s friend’s Okonomiyaki restaurant.
Back to the hotel
October 28th, 2023 TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Saturday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the limousine bus to the airport.
Extension opportunity
For those who would like to spend couple more days in Tokyo, we offer three days (two nights)
as an additional package with extra payment. You would stay October 26th and 27th nights in Tokyo
and leave on the 28th of October back home. Please let us know about the interest and we will let
you know the details about these two extra days in Tokyo.
FEE & PAYMENT
The cost of the tour is $3,800
Land only, excluding International airfare.
Single supplement is also available
for travelers who want private accommodations for an additional $800.
EXTENSION FEE
Double room (Per Person): $750
Single room: $900
INCLUDED:
All breakfasts. lunch and dinners, hotel accommodations,
ground transportation. All entrance fees to museums, ancient sites, sightseeing excursions as set forth
in the itinerary. Hotel accommodation are based on two persons sharing a double bedded room with
private bath/shower. If you are traveling alone, we will arrange for you to share the room with
someone of the same sex (you save the single supplement).
NOT INCLUDED:
International Air travel, passport and visa fees, travel insurance,
inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses prior to arrival in Japan,
liquor, room service, valet, laundry, telephone calls.
A deposit of $ 300.00 per person is required at the time of registration.
Balance is due within 30 days prior to departure of tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing to us. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Between 60-30 days..........$ 100
Between 29-15 days..........50% Of total cost
Less than 15-7 days...........75% Of total cost
Less than 7 days..............100% Of the total cost
No refund will be allowed on unused tour services. In the unlikely event that it becomes
necessary to change or cancel any part or all of the tour, we reserve the right to do so.
If we cancel the tour a full refund will be issued.

The responsibility of the organizers of this tour is strictly limited. As tour operators, the organizers, promote and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including, but not limited to, surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations which organizers purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing travel services for the organizers programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the organizers or any subsidiary company. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither organizers nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be responsible for their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither organizers nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be responsible for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those raveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. These tour programs are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond organizers control require changes, the organizers reserve the right to vary itinerary and substitute components of the tour programs. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are your responsibility. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in this document.
