JAPAN TOUR - April 11 - April 21, 2024
( Extension - April 21 - April 23, 2024 )
Now that we have done a great fun our "first" Japan tour, we are ready for the second, maybe even the third one.
Come, join us and discover the amazing Japan with us.
Fusae is a great expert in her native, Japanese culture. She is well respected and she is very experienced
in traveling in Japan. Add Ahmet’s experience for organizing tours (since 1987), and this will be a great
opportunity for people who like to travel and dance. Ahmet will be teaching from his wonderful repertory
of Turkish dances, at stops along the way and during a day dance workshops in places like Himeji.
There will also be International dance party opportunities.
The tour will start on April 11th in Tokyo.
This means you will depart from your home town on April 10th, 2024.
And you will leave from Tokyo on April 21st. (You will arrive in US the same day).
***There is an extension opportunity in the end of the Tour, if you take the extension,
your departure back home will be on April 23rd, 2024***
ITINERARY
April 11th, 2024 TOKYO
(Thursday)
Arrival in Haneda International airport.
Ahmet & Fusae will meet everyone at the airport and take you to the hotel.
Check in to the hotel. Welcome party, Dinner.
April 12th, 2024 TOKYO
(Friday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go to the famous Asakusa, Senso-ji area for sightseeing and shopping.
Depending on the time and weather, we might go to the Tokyo Sky Tree to see Tokyo from above.
April 13th, 2024 KANAZAWA
(Saturday)
After breakfast at the hotel in Tokyo, we will leave for Kanazawa by Shinkansen
(Bullet train). Kanazawa is located in Japan Sea side of Japan and called
"Little Kyoto". Well known for its beauty and the old tradition.
April 14th KANAZAWA
(Sunday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit Kenroku-en, beautiful Japanese
Garden and walk around the old town
April 15th KYOTO
(Monday)
After breakfast at the hotel in Kanazawa, we will leave for Kyoto by train, enjoy the
beautiful seen of the country side. After arriving Kyoto, check in the hotel and
We will visit Fushimi Inari Taisha (well known for 1,000 Torii).
Dinner out.
April 16th, KYOTO
(Tuesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for the day trip to NARA.
Nara was a capital of Japan since 710 before Kyoto became capital in
794. We will visit Tohdaiji-temple where you will see the biggest Budda
In Japan. Also you will meet lots of deer alongside of the street on the Way to Tohdaiji
April 17th, 2024, KYOTO and HIMEJI
(Wendesday)
After breakfast at the hotel in Kyoto, we will do some sightseeing in Kyoto and shopping.
We will visit Nishik I Ichiba for the local shopping area.
Late afternoon, we will leave for Himeji by Shinkansen
April 18th, 2024 HIMEJI
(Thursday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit local Folk dance group and dance
With them in a morning. After lunch, we will visit Himeji Castle
(most beautiful castle in Japan called Shirasagi-jo)
April 19th, 2024 YOKOHAMA
(Friday)
After breakfast at the hotel in Himeji, we will leave for Yokohama by Shinkansen.
Check-in to the hotel. Visit Sankei-en (garden with old buildings and
View of Yokohama port). Dinner at Fusae’s friend’s Okonomiyaki Restaurant.
April 20st, 2024 TOKYO
(Saturday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go back to Tokyo. Check In at the hotel.
Visit Shinjuku Gyoen and Kabuki-cho..
Farewell dinner at the hotel
April 21st, 2024 TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Sunday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the limousine bus to the Haneda airport.
Please note that, because of the time difference, you will arrive back in USA on the same date.
Those who chose to stay extra days, after we said good-bye to others who are going back home,
we will visit Fukagawa Edo Shiryokan(you can touch all the exivit ion material from Edo
period at the museum) and Monzen Nakamachi area to enjoy old downtown of Tokyo..
Dinner in town.
April 22nd TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Monday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go visit Meiji Shrine (Shinto is the Japanese original religion)
and Shibuya (well-known for the scrambled crossing)
Back to the hotel
April, 23rd TOKYO ( EXTENSION )
(Tuesday)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the limousine bus to the airport.
Extension opportunity
For those who would like to spend couple more days in Tokyo, we offer three days (two nights)
as an additional package with extra payment. You would stay October 26th and 27th nights in Tokyo
and leave on the 28th of October back home. Please let us know about the interest and we will let
you know the details about these two extra days in Tokyo.

The cost of the tour is $3,900
Land only, excluding International airfare.
Single supplement is also available
for travelers who want private accommodations for an additional $800.
EXTENSION FEE
Double room (Per Person): $750
Single room: $900
INCLUDED:
All breakfasts. lunch and dinners, hotel accommodations,
ground transportation. All entrance fees to museums, ancient sites, sightseeing excursions as set forth
in the itinerary. Hotel accommodation are based on two persons sharing a double bedded room with
private bath/shower. If you are traveling alone, we will arrange for you to share the room with
someone of the same sex (you save the single supplement).
NOT INCLUDED:
International Air travel, passport and visa fees, travel insurance,
inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses prior to arrival in Japan,
liquor, room service, valet, laundry, telephone calls.
A deposit of $ 300.00 per person is required at the time of registration.
Balance is due within 30 days prior to departure of tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing to us. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Between 60-30 days..........$ 100
Between 29-15 days..........50% Of total cost
Less than 15-7 days...........75% Of total cost
Less than 7 days..............100% Of the total cost
No refund will be allowed on unused tour services. In the unlikely event that it becomes
necessary to change or cancel any part or all of the tour, we reserve the right to do so.
If we cancel the tour a full refund will be issued.

The responsibility of the organizers of this tour is strictly limited. As tour operators, the organizers, promote and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including, but not limited to, surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations which organizers purchase or reserve from various suppliers. These tour programs are planned in advance. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in this document.
